Before RPA, stores had to go line by line through an Excel file, read a UPC, enter it into MIM, and record three values from MIM back into a spreadsheet. Now, automation generates these files overnight, allowing RPA to perform these functions. As a result, when our associates arrive at the store on Monday morning, they have pre-populated files for their individual stores ready to go.

The process was highly manual: the AR (Accounts Receivable) team had to retrieve the Excel invoice list and manually enter all the necessary parameters into SAP to create a batch, ensuring the total amount did not exceed 70k. They then had to upload each invoice one by one, a time-consuming and repetitive process that took around 3 hours to complete.
